Nic works on the premise of economic justice - she believes in equity not equality because under capitalism and colonialism, it is foolish to think that we live in an equal world.  The Green Bottle Pricing is a guideline only - essentially my prices are a sliding scale. Please take the time to see where you would place yourself on this scale, and know that your contribution is helping the collective.

For 1:1 clients - one off sessions are available, however it is helpful to think of doing ‘blocks’ of work together. A block of breathwork sessions can be a mixture of styles of breathwork depending on what your needs are or we can focus on one type. Sessions can be online or in-person and group sessions are available too.

There is no time limit listed here for each session as I work on the basis of what the client needs for that particular session. In general sessions will be ~2hrs, however sometimes people might need less and some a bit more depending on what is moving that day. I prefer not to be time bound if we need to tend to something and instead, work with what the body might need on that day.
